Acceptable Use Policy
This policy protects Lainey, our providers, carriers, and customers from abuse, fraud, and unlawful activity.
1. Lawful Use Only
You may use Lainey only for lawful connectivity. You are responsible for complying with laws, carrier rules, and destination rules that apply to your device and use.
2. No Resale or Unauthorized Transfer
You may not resell, lease, sublicense, distribute, or commercially exploit Lainey eSIM plans or activation details unless we expressly authorize it in writing.
3. No Fraud or Abuse
- Do not use stolen payment methods, false identities, chargeback abuse, referral abuse, or reward manipulation.
- Do not attempt to obtain duplicate eSIMs, refunds, discounts, or renewals through deceptive behavior.
- Do not share guest access codes or activation details with unauthorized people.
4. No Network Abuse
- Do not use Lainey to spam, attack, scan, scrape, overload, or interfere with networks or systems.
- Do not bypass carrier restrictions, tethering restrictions, fair-use policies, throttling, or destination limitations.
- Do not use plans for unlawful surveillance, harassment, malware, phishing, bot activity, or evasion of enforcement.
5. Security and Platform Integrity
You may not reverse engineer, tamper with, scrape, probe, or bypass Lainey systems, APIs, authentication, provisioning, payment flows, rate limits, or security controls.
6. Enforcement
We may suspend access, cancel subscriptions, revoke rewards, refuse support, block transactions, or terminate accounts if we believe this policy has been violated or a risk exists.
