By using Lainey, you agree to these terms. Our service provides digital eSIM profiles for travel. You are responsible for ensuring your device is eSIM compatible and network unlocked.
Data plans are for personal travel use only. We reserve the right to suspend any eSIM found to be used for prohibited activities or in violation of local laws.
Because eSIMs are digital products that are activated upon purchase, all sales are final. Refunds are only issued if the eSIM fails to activate due to a technical error on our side and our support team cannot resolve it within 24 hours. We do not offer refunds for device incompatibility or "change of mind."
Lainey may terminate your access to the service at any time for violation of these terms. Any reward points accumulated will be forfeited upon termination.
