Accessibility Statement
Lainey aims to make travel connectivity accessible and usable for as many people as possible.
1. Commitment
We aim to design Lainey with readable text, keyboard-accessible controls, meaningful labels, sufficient contrast, responsive layouts, and support for assistive technologies.
2. Current Standard
Our practical target is alignment with WCAG 2.2 AA where feasible for customer-facing flows, including browse, checkout, eSIM access, support, account, and legal pages.
3. Known Limitations
Some third-party widgets, maps, payment elements, authentication flows, QR code experiences, or legacy UI areas may not fully meet our target at all times.

If you encounter an accessibility barrier, contact support@lainey.app with the page URL, device/browser, assistive technology if any, and a description of the issue.
5. Ongoing Work
We review accessibility as the product changes and prioritize issues that block purchase, account access, support, cancellation, or eSIM installation.
