Lainey collects your email address to deliver your eSIM activation codes and receipts. For guest users, we store your email temporarily to facilitate order retrieval. For registered users, we maintain your profile and purchase history to provide rewards.
We track data usage (total and remaining bytes) through our infrastructure provider, eSIM Go. We do not monitor the content of your internet traffic, your browsing history, or the specific apps you use.
All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Lainey does not store your credit card details on our servers.
