Subscribe & Save renews the selected eSIM plan on the same ICCID/eSIM profile when the current plan runs out of data or expires. The renewal is intended to keep the same installed eSIM usable without requiring a new installation.

The renewal charge is based on the then-current eligible plan price shown by Lainey, less the Subscribe & Save discount then offered. Prices, plan availability, taxes, and discounts may change before a future renewal.

Your payment method is stored by Stripe or another payment processor, not by Lainey as a full card number. We use processor tokens or customer identifiers to request future off-session renewal charges.

When you subscribe using an email address, that email may become a Lainey account for subscription management. We also keep guest access available so you can manage the subscription with your email and access code without signing in.

Renewal may occur when our systems determine that the eSIM plan is expired, out of data, or otherwise eligible for top-up. Provider status, delayed usage reports, failed provisioning, or system maintenance may affect timing.

If a renewal payment fails, we may mark the subscription as payment failed and stop attempting renewal until you make a new purchase or update payment if that feature is available. Your current delivered data is not extended by a failed renewal.

Cancellation stops future renewals. It does not uninstall the eSIM, disable data already delivered, or refund an already-provisioned charge unless the Refund Policy or applicable law requires a refund.

We may send subscription confirmations, receipts, failed payment notices, cancellation confirmations, and legally required renewal reminders to the email associated with the subscription.

We may change or end Subscribe & Save, plan eligibility, discount amounts, provider availability, or renewal logic. If a material change affects an active subscription, we will provide notice where required by law.
