Cancellation Policy

This policy explains how cancellation works for Lainey automatic renewals and what happens to already-delivered eSIM data.

No-Login Cancellation

If you bought as a guest, you can use guest access with your order email and access code to view and cancel an active subscription.

Current Data Keeps Working

Cancelling stops future renewal charges. It does not remove or refund data already delivered unless our Refund Policy or applicable law requires it.

1. How to Cancel

  • Sign in to your Lainey account, open your eSIM or subscriptions page, and cancel the active subscription.
  • Or use guest access with the email and access code from your order confirmation.
  • Or contact support@lainey.app if you cannot access either route.

2. When Cancellation Takes Effect

Cancellation takes effect for future renewals after our system records the cancellation. If a renewal has already been charged and provisioned before cancellation, that renewal is treated as delivered unless the Refund Policy applies.

3. What Cancellation Does Not Do

  • It does not uninstall the eSIM from your device.
  • It does not cancel a one-time purchase.
  • It does not disable active data already provisioned.
  • It does not automatically refund prior charges.

4. Confirmation

We may show an in-app cancellation state and may send a cancellation confirmation email. Keep that confirmation for your records.

5. Support Cancellation

If you contact support to cancel, include the purchase email, ICCID or order details if available, and the subscription you want cancelled. We may verify ownership before making changes.
